Terms of use
You use nuku under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the EULA). These terms add a few things specific to nuku. Where they differ, Apple's EULA applies.
Noel Mete ("we") makes nuku in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Premium subscriptions
- Premium is NZ$4.99 a month or NZ$39.99 a year (or the local price shown in the App Store).
- New subscribers get a free trial: 14 days on the yearly plan, 7 days on the monthly plan. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and you're charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings (your name, then Subscriptions). You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Apple handles payments and refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Logging stays free whether or not you subscribe.
Your training
This app is a tool for recording training. It isn't medical advice, coaching or a treatment plan. Train within your limits, use good technique and talk to a health professional before starting a new programme, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. You train at your own risk.
Your data
Your log is stored on your phone. You are responsible for keeping a backup of your phone if you want to keep it. See Privacy for what leaves your phone.
The app
We work to keep nuku accurate and working, but it's provided as it is. Numbers such as estimated one-rep maxes are calculations from what you log, not measurements. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change matters for subscribers, we'll say so in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
